Small Satellites, Fire Dancers, and Hawaiian Shirts, Oh My!

By: Maggie Handler

The summer heat is rising and so is the small satellite industry. Lower costs, shorter development schedules, and easier access to outer space have kick-started a small satellite trend. With the amount of satellites in space rapidly growing each year, here at AGI we have no doubt that the 2018 32nd Annual Small Satellite Conference in August will be even more blazing than last summer's.

Small Sat Booth

Using STK, we can provide aerospace engineers with software to build their ideal small satellite mission

AGI is excited to exhibit again at this year’s Small Satellite Conference (booth 122). Hot topics we’re focusing on include:

  • Performing system of systems satellite trade studies
  • Predicting RF communication links
  • Assessing solar power generation
  • And more!

Stop by and talk to an engineer or developer about the challenges and opportunities in the expanding small satellite industry. And make sure to save some brainpower to learn some fiery dance moves.

Last year’s fire dancers really wowed the crowd

AGI’s Little Leo Luau will take place on August 7 from 6:30 – 10:00 PM at the Riter Mansion. Fire dancers, drinks, and food will make an appearance at this tropical party...will you?

Don’t forget your best luau attire.
