Use the RT3 Development Kit to further tailor the RT3 Extension. Use the Visual Studio development environment and leverage IntelliSense and other coding aids while developing RT3 plugins and applications in any Microsoft Component Object Model (COM)-compliant language including C++, C#, and Visual Basic .NET.
