About CJMTK

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) selected Northrop Grumman's Information Technology (IT) sector to lead the Commercial Joint Mapping Toolkit (CJMTK) contract, along with a team composed of AGI of Exton, PA; Esri of Redlands, CA; and Leica Geosystems of Atlanta, GA.

AGI is providing time-dynamic geospatial components for the contract. The program provides military and intelligence agencies a common suite of imagery mapping, charting, and geodesy tools. CJMTK software provides the mapping foundation for the defense information infrastructure common operating environment (DII COE) supporting DOD C4ISR. CJMTK users will insert COTS GIS components into DII COE and Joint and Service C4ISR systems using technology components from AGI's STK software suite integrated with Esri's ArcGIS software.

COE mission application developers will also use commercially available software from AGI, Esri, and Leica Geosystems tools as off-the-shelf analysis tools or add-in components for their COE mission applications. Overall, this program provides warfighters a comprehensive range of mapping utilities, analysis tools, and visualization for real-time situational awareness, decision support, and mission planning.
