Harbor Surveillance
This VDF is an example of how STK can be leveraged to
support GIS-based C4ISR missions, including the ability to calculate sensor coverage over time with multiple entities, such as satellite and UAV systems. The GIS data used in this example has been brought into STK as an ESRI map document.

Sensor Collection:
This scenario enables an analyst to determine the portions of selected regions that will be observed from a space-based down-looking camera throughout a period of a week. The selected regions are three large watersheds in the United States of America: The Mid-Atlantic region, the Lower Mississippi region, and the Upper Colorado region. The camera is modeled as a 5 degree field-of-view sensor mounted on a low-Earth satellite following a repeating ground-track orbit.
