Export Control Classifications

AGI software products are subject to U.S export control regulations. These controls are enforced by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) and the U.S. Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC). Please be advised that as a purchaser of AGI software, you are responsible for export, reexport, resale, and transfer of our products in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), 15 CFR, and, as may be applicable: the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) 22 CFR 120-130.
