Paul L. Graziani
President & Chief Executive Officer; Co-Founder
Paul L. Graziani is the president, CEO, and co-founder of AGI, the producer of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) analysis
software for land, sea, air, and space. For the past 17 years, he has championed the use of COTS in the national security and
space industries, and, today, AGI’s flagship product, STK, is used by tens of thousands of aerospace, defense and
intelligence professionals worldwide. Key applications include: battlespace management, geospatial intelligence initiatives,
space systems, and national defense programs.
When Graziani and two colleagues launched AGI in his living room in 1989, they put work practices in place that over the years
have earned AGI local, state, and national recognition for its innovative work environment. For the past three years, the Great
Place to Work Institute and the Society for Human Resource Management have named AGI the Best Company to Work for in America in
both the small- and medium-sized categories. The company was also ranked as one of five top
aerospace/military work environments in North America by Aviation Week and Space Technology.
Graziani has been nominated for and received a number of entrepreneurial excellence awards at both local and national levels.
AGI has also enjoyed strong growth and has been named to numerous prestigious lists, including the Inc. 500,
Technology Fast 50, Technology Fast 500, Philly 100, and Softletter Top 100.
An associate fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA), he sits on the boards of directors of
The Space Foundation, Megadata, and the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation; serves on the advisory boards
for the Galaxy Explorers, the Joint Military Intelligence College Foundation, and Penn State Great Valley; and is a member
of the Enduring Value Advisory Council for Zanett Inc . He earned a B.S. in biology from LaSalle College.
Scott Reynolds
Chief Software Architect; Co-Founder
Scott Reynolds is the chief software architect and vice president of AGI. He is one of three founders of AGI, the leading producer
of commercial analysis and visualization software for the national security and space communities. Reynolds is responsible for the architectural
oversight of the STK software suite; providing leadership and management on design strategies; and focusing on the development and
maintenance of 2-D and 3-D graphics within the product offerings. Reynolds' key role is the development of software architectures that provide a flexible
platform for the STK product suite and custom AGI technology solutions.
Reynolds spent eight years at General Electric (Space Division), where he served as a senior software engineer. In this capacity, he developed state-of-the-art
software for classified real-time satellite command and control systems. In January 1989, he left GE to start AGI. He and two other founders created
STK, the company's flagship product, in the belief that the increasing use of computer graphics to translate large amounts of raw data into manageable and
useful information would transform space systems analysis.
Along with fellow co-founder Graziani, Reynolds was named the regional winner in the technology category of Ernst & Young's 2005 Entrepreneur of the Year contest. Reynolds was named a regional finalist in the 1998, 2000, and 2002 competitions. Reynolds earned his bachelor's
of science degree in computer and information science from the University of Florida. He resides with his wife and three children in West Chester, PA.
