The AGI bike team rides again to fight cancer

Cancer sucks, really sucks. We all know a family member, friend, co-worker, or someone's child who is fighting this cruel, life-sucking disease, and we want to help however we can. So, the AGI bike team rides and rides and rides some more, for 18 years now, to help the American Cancer Society find new and better ways to fight cancer and, hopefully soon, find a cure for all cancers.

Last Sunday, members of the AGI bike team, Le Nerds on Tour, biked either the 67-mile route or the more challenging 100-mile route from Philadelphia to Atlantic City to raise money for this worthy cause. To help sustain the riders, AGI once again sponsored a much appreciated rest stop.

Next year our banner will have the new AGI logo that Ed just added to the left side of this picture.

Not to say, that we didn’t have fun while we did it. The pictures below show some of the highlights of the day.

Not everyone appreciates a selfie.
Congrats to the only two members of our team to do the Century loop.
They smiled like this through the whole ride.
Photo finish!

It's not too late to donate. You can make a donation online at acsbike.org  until August 31, 2018.

Hope to see everyone next year at the 47th annual Bike-A-Thon!
