The 3D window was trickier. I first changed the shape of the Earth in "C:\Program Files\AGI\STK 11\STKData\CentralBodies\Earth\Earth.cb" to a somewhat flat ellipsoid. While this gave me a good shape, it stretched all Earth imagery in a way I didn’t like. After a few failed attempts at reprojecting the imagery, I needed a better approach. Scott, our 3D model expert, volunteered to build me a model of a simple semi-sphere with the 2D map on top.
