Ms. Katz has been working design, manufacturing, test, and systems engineering of space vehicles for over 25 years, and oversees the systems engineers, system analysts, specialty engineers, and test operations personnel for the Dream Chaser® Cargo System.

Rear Adm. James H. Rodman, Jr. (retired) has over 30 years of civilian, reserve and active duty experience in the design and development, systems engineering, integration, and operations of the nation’s national security space constellation.
