The RPO Specialized RBar and VBar/VBar to Natural Motion Circumnavigation Sequence

This specialized sequence is one of the RPO Specialized RBar and VBar sequences. It relocates the chase vehicle from a position on the VBar to an NMC starting condition. This is accomplished from an initial position on the VBar with little to no relative motion. A single maneuver initiates the NMC.
