The RPO Specialized RBar and VBar/RBar Approach Sequence

This video introduces a strategy to reconfigure along the RBar with departures from the RBar dictated by specified error bounds. We'll accomplish this with active control maneuvers. This is one instance where an RPO Support sequence will be used.
