The RPO Specialized RBar and VBar/VBar Approach Sequence

The spacecraft will reconfigure from a position on the VBar to another position on the VBar without performing a hop. Sliding along the VBar is accomplished with small maneuvers to control the approach, holding radial error to user-supplied error tolerances. This sequence also relies on RPO Support sequences.
